Returns Policy

To return a Impact Prints product, please follow our return procedure outlined below. Custom-made products, however, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer error or a misprint.

Important Note on Custom Orders
Custom-made products are created specifically for you, based on your approved artwork and specifications. Please carefully review the provided design proof for accuracy, including spelling, colors, and layout, before approving it for production. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made, and returns will not be accepted for errors approved by the buyer.

Requesting a Return
For eligible items, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, email us at rob@nuageprints.com and include the following details:

• The date of your purchase
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once issued, the RMA number must be clearly written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What Can Be Returned:
Most non-customized items can be returned if they are in their original packaging and new condition. Items with noticeable wear or damage cannot be returned.

What Cannot Be Returned:

• Custom-made products (unless due to manufacturer error or misprint)
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items showing noticeable wear or damage
• Returns made after 30 days of receipt of purchase

Return Deadlines:

• Refunds: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
• Exchanges or Store Credit: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges for returning products are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not reimburse shipping fees.

How to Return Your Items:

1. Contact Customer Support at rob@nuageprints.com to obtain an RMA number. Please indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
